A popular Thai dish of fish curry paste and mix of kaffir lime leaves and fried in hot oil. Serve hot as part of a main meal.
Thai Fish Cakes Ingredients
1. 500 grams of white fish meat, minced or crushed
2. 1 egg
3. 1 / 2 cup green beans, sliced thinly
4. 3 tablebspoons fresh Kaffir lime leaves, crushed
5. 1 teaspoon sugar
6. 1 teaspoon salt
7. 1 tablespoon red curry paste
8. 3 cups cooking oil for frying
Thai Fish Cakes preparations
1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well, knead with hands until it sticks and mix well.
2. Spoon 2 tablespoons mixture, form into small balls about 3 "in diameter and deep fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
3. Serve with cucumber flavor.
